How does scheduling work?

Each provider keeps track of their own scheduling. By calling the office line, you may not be able to be scheduled at that time, as your provider may be out of the office, or they may be in a session with a client. If your provider is unavailable, a message will be taken by the receptionist and your provider will return your call as soon as possible.  Scheduling will be done at the end of each session with your provider. Many providers also schedule through email.
